TERMSTAR 2000
Termstar 2000 radiant heating system is a modern, direct radiant, high-efficiency infrared heater that offers:
- The most efficient heating of industrial and warehouse premises
- Immediate availability of the heating system and quick achievement of the operational temperature
- Long lifespan and operational reliability, which is ensured by using the state-of-the-art materials and components
- Minimization of gas distribution costs and number of emission points
Excellent radiation with an efficiency of 80-85%, achieved by using thermal insulation, intensive recirculation of flue gas (the flue gas is rotated several times in the duct system and then exits through the flue pipe into the outer space) and an optimal shape solution with a direct-radiation effect.
Reduced surface temperature of the radiator achieved by recirculation is important in terms of the “softness” of the radiant component and in terms of the lower thermal load of the materials.
An integrated high performance overpressure burner with single-stage or two-stage (ESS, Blue Line) or continuous (Blue Line CR) power control and programmable control is equipped with recuperation system that increases its outstanding efficiency to as much as 103%.
Modular system with easy and fast assembly
The radiant system is insulated on top and on sides, which prevents heat from escaping above the infrared heater.

Shapes of the infrared heaters
- Shape ( I ) direct dual pipes
- Shape ( L ) dual pipes with one bend on the right or left side to cover the area
- Shape ( U ) dual pipes with two bends for wide premises, allows placement of more systems in sequence along the premises
- Shape ( O ) single pipe system for low ceiling and wider premises with optimal radiation distribution of the floor, for halls with lower energy demands and large area

Flue gas drainage and air suction
The flue gases from the TERMSTAR 2000 burner unit are always connected to the smoke flue pipe, through which the flue gases are drained out of the premises. The smoke flue can lead to the exterior through the ceiling or wall of the object. Smoke flues can be single-walled, double-walled with insulation for high chimneys, or coaxial to provide air suction from outside. Standard air suction intake for combustion is from the inner space of the object, or it is possible to use fresh air from outside.
